Artist's Description

This 8 x 12 inch oil study captures the soft, ethereal light filtering down through the autumn forest canopy. While I was working on this painting I could smell the aroma of damp leaves on the forest floor. Would you like a larger version of this painting? My small paintings often serve as studies for larger works. Prints and greeting cards are also available of this painting.
