Artist's Description
I lived right on the open Atlantic Ocean on Cape Ann, Massachusettes. When the tide went out Atlantic Harbor seals would bask on the rocks. One evening, by the light of a full moon, I was walking among the slippery boulders at low tide and was startled by a mother seal and her pup who blended in so well with the rocks. This painting resulted from that rare encounter.
