Description

A lobster fisherman loads smelly baitfish into his boat in preparation for baiting his lobster traps. This scene is in East Gloucester, Massachusetts on the docksd behind where i had my art gallery in the early 1970's.

This image is the result of many hours spent digitally manipulating an original photograph to resemble a fine, detailed oil painting on linen canvas. The painterly effect is especially noticeable in the larger print sizes. I accept commissions for oil paintings based on my photography.
